Apptigrage Part., LTD (the “Company,” “we,” or “us”) values your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect the personal data we receive through the APPTIGRADE website.

This English version is a translation provided for your convenience. If it differs from the Thai version, the Thai version prevails.

1. Data Controller

Apptigrage Part., LTD is the data controller of the personal data collected through the APPTIGRADE website under Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) (the “PDPA”). You can reach us about your personal data through the contact details in the last section of this policy.

2. Personal Data We Collect

We collect only the information you enter and submit through our contact form, namely:

  • Your first and last name
  • Your email address
  • Your phone number
  • The service you are interested in, and any additional details you choose to provide
  • The date and time of submission, and the address of the web page the form was sent from

We do not ask for sensitive personal data, such as health, religious, or biometric data. Please do not include this type of information in the additional details field.

3. Cookies and Technical Data

This website does not use cookies to track your behavior or for advertising, and it has no visitor analytics tools installed. However:

  • The website loads fonts from Google Fonts, so Google receives certain technical data, such as your IP address and browser type, which is governed by Google’s Privacy Policy.
  • Our website hosting provider may log access data, such as IP addresses and visit times, for security and system administration purposes.

If we add cookies or analytics tools in the future, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where required by law.

4. Purposes and Legal Bases

  • To contact you, provide consultation, and prepare quotations at your request, on the legal basis of taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract, and of the consent you give in the form.
  • To keep a record of our communications and prevent spam, so that we can continue to serve you, on the legal basis of our legitimate interests.
  • To comply with the law, where we have a legal obligation to retain or disclose data.

We will not use your data to send you marketing communications unless you have given your separate consent.

5. Disclosure and International Transfers

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We disclose it only in the following cases:

  • Google LLC, the provider of Google Sheets, Gmail, and Google Apps Script, which we use to receive and store form submissions, acting as our data processor. Your data may be stored on servers outside Thailand, where Google applies personal data protection measures in line with international standards.
  • Government agencies or other legally authorized persons, when required by an order or by law.

6. Data Retention

We keep form data for no longer than 2 years from your most recent contact with us. If you are our customer, data relating to your contract is kept for the periods required by law, such as accounting and tax laws. Once the applicable period ends, we delete the data or anonymize it so that it can no longer identify you.

7. Data Security

Form data is sent over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). We restrict access to the data to the staff responsible for responding to you and providing our services, and we apply appropriate security measures to the accounts used to store it.

8. Your Rights

As a data subject, you have the right under the PDPA to:

  • Access your data and obtain a copy of it
  • Have your data corrected so that it is accurate and up to date
  • Have your data erased, destroyed, or anonymized
  • Restrict the use of your data, or object to its collection and use
  • Receive your data, or have it transferred to another party
  • Withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting any use of your data made before the withdrawal
  • Lodge a complaint with the Office of the Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC) if you believe we have not complied with the law

9. Changes to This Policy
